Step : 1 : Account Opening Forms
The member Client Agreement form is displayed in our website under the head Investor Centre. Interested clients may either download the same get it printed or visit our registered office in Mumbai.
Step : 2 : Filling and Sending the Forms
Once you have printed the Member Client agreement you need to fill the same as per instructions provided in the agreement. If the client visits our office the same can be filled in the help of the office staff.
The necessary forms to be filled in completely are as under:
- Full KYC form.
- Nomination form: This form can be filled if one wants to nominate some other person for his/her accounts. One needs to mention the relationship of the nominee with the client with a copy of Nominee PAN & Address proof.
The places where the client needs to sign are already marked with a (x) sign. Also the mandatory requirements like email id and mobile no also should be filled in.
After filling the form, the same needs be couriered with the necessary documents to our registered office.

Step No 3 : Documents required for opening a Trading Account
This varies for different type of clients .ie. Resident Individual, NRI, Private limited company, Partnership firm, LLP etc.
General Documents required are as under
- Pan Card : Self attested PAN card is mandatory for all clients. Photo needs to be clear. One must check the name in the PAN Card is same with the other proofs submitted else the application can be rejected.
- Address Proof : Self attested of any one of the address proof
- Aaadhar Card : If aadhar is submitted as a proof ensure that the masked aadhar is submitted .e., black out the first 8 digits of the Aadhaar number. Only the last four digits should be visible. To download a masked Aadhaar online, visit myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in and tick the Do you want a masked Aadhaar? option while downloading Aadhaar.
- Driving license
- Passport
- Voter ID Card.
- DP Client Master or Holding Statement : Self attested copy of Client master (given by the DP after opening a demat account) . If the same is not available then the latest holding statement form the DP to be attached.
- Cancelled Cheque : A personalised cancelled cheque with the name printed on it, bank statement, bank passbook copy with the bank account number, bank logo, seal, MICR, and IFSC code clearly visible.
- Poof of Income : Self attested of any one of the following
- Copy of Form 16
- Latest IT Acknowledgment copy
- Most recent salary slip
- Bank statement or bank passbook for the last 6 months transactions.
- Copy of one's networth certificate.
These income proof are required only for trading in futures & options market.
- In-person Verification (IPV) : As part of the mandatory In-Person Verification (IPV) requirement for all brokers, Webcam or a physical verification is required
Step No 4 : Verification of forms and documents
Once the duly filled member client agreement with the supporting documents is submitted to our office, the same is being verified. If all the papers are found to be in order then the client will be allocated a Unique client code (UCC). The client should always mention the UCC Code while placing the order or during any communication with us.
Step No 5 : Welcome letter & starting off the trading /investing
A copy of the duly filled agreement is also couriered/ handed over to the client with a welcome letter mentioning all the details.
The client is then allowed to trade in the stock market.
